“I feel so lucky to be able to share this with other people!”

I started practicing Bikram Yoga regularly in March, 2009. Both my mom and dad had been practicing long before me and the first time I went was in 2008 and said I would never be back! A year later, I decided to give it another try and had a much different experience. I was able to relax in the class and enjoy it. So I came back the next day and signed up for the challenge that week! It is amazing to me how much this yoga has changed my life. Everything from better sleep, less stress, and just being a happier person! I went to teacher training in the Fall, 2010 in San Diego, CA. This was definately the best thing I could have done for myself. It taught me discipline, patience, and respect for what we practice everyday. I feel so lucky to be able to share this with other people!
