“I knew I had found something that could heal my body and also appeal to my inner athlete.”
“I checked my blood pressure after class and found to my surprise that it had dropped roughly 10 points!”
“I was seeing small improvements in my flexibility and loved the way it made me feel both mentally and physically, plus it was keeping me running!!”
“…the perfect exercise regimen as well as one that gives me the butt-kicking I need.”
“I recommend this to anyone who is doing triathlons or any other sporting activity”
“Like a trip to the gym, the doctor, the dermatologist, and the therapist all rolled into one.”

After 30 years of running I have found that Bikram yoga provides a great balance to the stresses that running puts on my body. Through Bikram yoga I am increasing the range of motion of my muscles, healing old running injuries, and my mind is more in tune with my body. I even sleep better!
“Medically I was a walking stroke and now have reduced my triglycerides from 1325 to 170 without medication.”
