Bikram Yoga is a 90-minute beginning yoga class that consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, and is done in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40 to 50 percent humidity. It is a science, a discipline, a sport, and an art form that brings good health, long life and happiness to millions of people all over the world every day. Anyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or physical ability, is able to enjoy and practice Bikram Yoga.
We strongly encourage that you practice daily or on a regular basis, with no long lapses between lessons.
Bikram Yoga Richmond has two locations, is open seven days a week, offering 52 beginning classes weekly. Our facilities provide men’s and women’s showers and locker rooms. We offer free Kangen drinking water for all our students, and Anespa showers in the locker rooms. The studio is open 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after all scheduled classes.
