Bikram Yoga is a 90-minute yoga class that consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, and is done in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40 to 50 percent humidity. It is a science, a discipline and an art form that brings good health, long life and happiness to millions of people all over the world every day. Anyone, regardless of physical ability, is able to enjoy and practice Bikram Yoga.

In order to be effective, yoga must be practiced daily or on a regular basis with no long lapses between lessons. A minimum of 10 lessons in 30 days is required to derive maximum benefit from this yoga.

Bikram Yoga Richmond has two locations, is open seven days a week, offering 39 classes a week. Our facilities provide men’s and women’s showers and locker rooms.
