Monday: Continental Breakfast, Morning Bikram Yoga, Lunch, Free Time, Evening Pilates, Dinner
Tuesday - Thursday: Continental Breakfast, Morning Yoga, Lunch, Free Time or Off-site Experience, Evening Pilates, Dinner
Off-site Experiences include trips to downtown Merida, the Ancient Mayan city of Uxmal with Cacao Ceremony & Izamal, the Yellow City. (These experiences are not included in cost of retreat.)
Want to spend your free time on site? Sotuta de Peon offers horseback riding, massage, Mayan Temazcal steam bath & ATV expeditions. (These experiences are not included in cost of retreat however they are very affordable.)
