For your first class:

  • Everyone starts as a beginner, so don’t worry about what shape you are in. Take it easy as you learn the postures and acclimate to the heat.

  • Drink plenty of water the entire day before you come and bring a water bottle with you. We offer powder electrolytes, coconut water and spring water for sale. A filtered water fountain is also available.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early. There is nothing worse than rushing into yoga on your first day. Latecomers will not be admitted into class, and we ask that you always stay for the entirety of the class.

  • It is recommended that you do not eat a large meal 3 hours prior to class.

  • Wear what ever you’re comfortable in working out and working up a sweat.

  • You’ll need a mat, a towel (beach towel or mat towel recommended) and water. Leave your cell phone outside the room.

  • SHOW UP. Getting yourself to class is the hardest part. Pack your bag now, and get yourself into the studio! You’ll always be happy that you came to yoga class.
